Pros

Great benefits, EXCELLENT pay, meeting celebrities and high profile people that are just regular people like us..

Cons

Management @ our property was horrible at employee engagement.. They took so much time instilling in us core values, but its all just for "show" and we all thought that made the company's culture fake! We knew it's just our property, not the company as a whole...

Pros

Great philosophy and Company ethics. Good organization of work process. Respect from management. Lateral service which provides opportunity to gain exposure in all areas of operation.

Cons

A lot of unfair treatment in this particular hotel. Different salaries given to people with same positions based on nationality, no respect for personal life, very poor or rather none work life balance. Very political management
