Pros

They were a very generous company to work for. The benefits were great. People were nice and professional. Beautiful properties.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. As far as the service industry goes they are one of the best.

Leadership is causing low morale among employees

Pros

Beautiful location Travel discounts Decent benefits

Cons

New leadership has not connected with hourly (line) staff. Changes are made and then re-changed with very little notice to employees. The new owners are treating the hotel like a private playground, making changes on a whim. Existing employees are being passed over for promotions because a leader wants to bring in new people without actually evaluating the existing employees. All of this has caused employee morale to deteriorate quickly since the first of the year.
