      Pros

      The Ritz successfully hires quality of character first and employment skills second.

      Cons

      Nothing negative to say, except I believe the Ritz is taking a back seat to the Four Seasons.

      Pros

      The Benefits are great!! Co-workers are nice and friendly (some). great location to all transportation

      Cons

      Hours, No advancement for "certain" departments. Only care about pleasing the guest and not much the employee. The pay is very low for Westchester County oppose to the other two locations in New York because not actually in New York City. The shifts doesnt make sense, and management only seem to care about The Guest and not The Employee

      -Short shifts -Excellent pay especially in a tipped positions -Great company vision and culture -Always in great locations -Opportunity for growth -You feel great about what you do and the services you provide -Company provides uniforms, free employee cafeteria and others perks -Benefits are excellent -Hard work and great work are rewarded

      Cons

      -Seasonality -Desire for homogenization of staff makes workplace stagnant -Clientele are the "haves" of the world and have very high expectations -You have to start at the bottom, seniority rules
