Pros

The name itself invokes a level of prestige and pride. Very well known and respected brand and company. Beautiful venues, great personnel, who are strenuously interviewed to meet the requirements of the company in the type of individual they are search for.

Cons

Very demanding of time. Hospitality as a whole demands a lot of time, sacrifice, and patience. Trying to live up to the name of the company and the expectations that accompany those sentiments is a very stressful endeavor.

Pros

Great company to work for. The people and the culture actually make you want to get up in the morning and go to work.

Cons

It's still the hospitality industry, i.e. salaries stink. Think you'll buy a house, drive a nice car, eat out at nice restaurants... think again. Other than that it is probably one of the best places to work.
