Pros

Working iwht the BEST in the marine and powersports business is amazing! These techs fix it all with a smile. They do a really good job of promoting from within. Show up, work hard and they will reward you!

Cons

Not being able to own EVERY toy we work on!

Pros

River Valley is a fun, constantly growing company that is supportive of their staff and their growth in and out of the office. River Valley also has the best benefits package in the industry!

Cons

Like any other marine or powersport dealer, there can be some seasonality. Diversification of what we sell and service within the company greatly helps alleviate this, though.

Very laid back, weekends off which is rare in the industry.

Cons

False promises from management, they don’t want to invest in personnel or facility. Last minute changes to plans, if there were any at all.
