--Transparent and upfront about the status of the contract and relationship with government clients --Helpful and caring leadership who sees the value of the individuals at the sites in which they manager --Solid pay and benefits with room for growth

Cons

--Defense contracting is often at the mercy of defense budgets. As such, contracts can not be renewed and there's not much the company can do about it. However, RiverTech does their best to keep employees informed and offer them other positions within the company when available --The nature of defense contracting means that leadership is often in a different time zone, or across the world entirely. Because of this, there is a lack of face-to-face with leadership, especially during the pandemic.
