Pros

Knowledgable staff, willing to give people a chance at pursuing a different career path so long as you can prove you would be capable. I also really appreciate the company values, "Integrity is at the core of our corporate values. We are transparent and open in our business dealings and take responsibility for our decisions, statements, and actions."

Cons

I do not yet have any criticisms for RiverTech as I am still fairly new to the company.

It's a great transitional job for folks leaving the military, especially if you're working on a contract you're familiar with. PM's and their bosses have been fantastic and seem to truly care about their employees.

Cons

The pay is not competitive right now compared to other contracts. Company refuses to compensate contractors not using their insurance benefits like they do on other contracts, and a common practice among other companies here.
