      Good Salary Good health insurance

      Cons

      Company will be from the past soon It has very bad culture and very low standards of ethics Not sure how they hire the management team specifically in EMEA and Saudi They are non qualified but has a magic of lies to their employees, customers and everyone The discrimination over there wooooow specifically from Egyptions people … non professional non ethical .. surviving at riverbed is a kind of miracle

      Good health insurance Flexibility in work ( home/office/remote] Working level employees are really nice and friendly and passionate about Riverbed

      Cons

      - layoffs ( deep cuts with a skeleton team in apac) - everything revolves around anz in apac - anz management is clueless how to run an apac wide business , theres lack of strategy and an inability to understand apac market structure culture and dynamics - not supportive to teams outside of anz. - lots of micromanagement and scrutiny - waste time in bookkeeping than running an actual business
