Amazing people, okay pay, great location

Pros

The people are absolutely amazing which makes it a great place to work. Pay is definitely not the most competitive in the area but if you like being in downtown SF this is the best established and still growing tech company around. The executive management team is super transparent which truly makes you feel that the work you are doing has an impact.

Cons

Pay could definitely be more competitive.

Pros

Low pressure environment, can work from home once a week. Really good ESPP program. Everybody gets options.

Cons

New policies are being implemented which are no longer employee friendly. There was a new policy implemented recently that says that employees who haven't completed a full year at the time of the December/May review have to wait for the next cycle. For some people who just missed the review cycle because of their start date, they have to wait a full one and a half year for an increment. 401k match is not good Health insurance is expensive compared to other companies No cash bonus, get stocks instead which take forever to vest Have to commute to city, no reimbursement for commute
