Pros

Fantastic environment, you are left to shine and do a GREAT job. It is a happy place to work and really enjoy my job. The compensation is above average. There are snacks and cold drinks available for everyone. A place I hope to work at for a long while. Many classes available free of charge and can be taken during work hours, I have really enjoyed these and have gained alot.

Cons

It is hard for me to think of any cons, except for the desks everyone is too close together and this can cause problems with privacy.
