Pros
- True sense of "we're all in this together" vs. siloed business unit environment - Information is freely shared among all employees - Employees are encouraged to take managed risks and try new approaches to problems - Better Work/Life Balance compared to similar size/revenue companies where I've worked before - FABULOUS parties! Holiday, Halloween and Summer family picnic
Cons
- Growing pains in our SF office - too crowded on some floors - will be moving to a new building in a year though - Hard to see a direct path to career advancement
