      Great West Coast culture, nice benefits package and opportunity to make money. Growing company with lots of momentum and career growth.

      Cons

      Limited number of products and solutions to sell. Lack of name recognition can make it difficult to get executive meetings.

      Great products! Decent compensation. No micromanagement.

      Cons

      Poor career advancement opportunities and no budget for training/education. Difficult to maintain technical skills without spending own money. This is the biggest downfall of Riverbed and will ultimately prove unsustainable and/or create a high turnover rate. Lacking marketing vision. The quality of marketing and the vision of senior management does not do justice to the great products.
