Pros

Friendly people; very competitive base pay; talented colleagues; nice offices; benefits were standard compared to other advisory firms

Cons

DC office disconnected from Dallas; zero commission for add-on sales ; no one ever talked with me about performance and path to MD - just kept hiring MDs from the outside.

Pros

The entrepreneurial culture of Riveron allows you to make a true impact as the firm grows, and provides incredible opportunity for professional advancement. Employees are highly intelligent, dynamic, and personable-- To be successful, you must understand the entrepreneurial culture and embrace the growth. The Executive Team takes employee feedback seriously and proactively works to improve as the firm changes. Great benefits for the size of our firm and an emphasis on family/work-life balance.

Cons

You must be ready for rapid growth- and the growing pains that come with it. Change happens quickly and often and you need to be able to embrace, adapt, and keep moving forward.
