Pros

- Work/life flexibility in conjunction with compensation compared to other financial services firms - Smaller company allows for firm contributions to be recognized - Office culture and personable environment - Generally remote work and not a requirement to go into client/main office - Growing firm

Cons

- Can find yourself stuck on a specific client for an extended period of time, however, this can be due to a number of different factors. Our leaders have done a fantastic job of listening to employee concerns and attempting to transition folks off of certain engagements. Don't be scared to communicate. - Benefits package isn't as great as some of other firms, but still not the worst in this market.

okay pay consistent at the time with industry standards. Good benefits.

Cons

I worked here in the midst of a merger with another company so my reflection is more so on the other company. Working environment terrible, leadership ineffective and apathetic and expectation was work your butt off - if you are lucky you might get rewarded with a bonus if you suck up to the right people.
