I left the big 4 hoping to find a different environment only to discover that Riveron is trying to become like the big 4.

okay pay consistent at the time with industry standards. Good benefits.

Cons

I worked here in the midst of a merger with another company so my reflection is more so on the other company. Working environment terrible, leadership ineffective and apathetic and expectation was work your butt off - if you are lucky you might get rewarded with a bonus if you suck up to the right people.
