      Pros

      Interesting work in PE backed portfolio companies as well as private/ public companies. Teams are collaborative and solution focused. Culture is coming back after COVID. Our teams are asking to meet their colleagues (no mandatory RTO) and clients when it makes sense. That includes volunteer events, happy hours, project kick offs, large deliverable report outs, etc. Opportunity to grow alongside a firm on an upward trajectory.

      Fair employee, employer arrangement. None at this time.

      Great culture and people but there's clear biases

      Cons

      Merit increase is very small and not distributed evenly s in prior year's.

      Great company culture, benefits are good too.

      Cons

      Merit increases suck. You can't give some 12% and others 2%. It shows bias and favoritism, not fairness.
