Cons

We need more great people to keep up with the explosive growth.

Opportunity for rapid growth, fast paced environment, small company feel, good health benefits for company size.

Cons

Limited training opportunities for mid-level employees, no clear definition as for how to move to higher levels within the company, and no formal process for providing upward feedback. *I believe that the above will be developed as the company grows, but as it is today, these are cons in my opinion.

Paternity and Maternity are terrible 401k match is not up to competition Small offices means you are sometimes your own IT, HR, and front desk but this also gives more opportunity to provide feedback on areas of improvement
