      Pros

      Great culture, entrepreneurial environment, accelerated growth opportunity not available in most organizations, strong leadership, and the opportunity to work with an outstanding delivery team across all service lines.

      Cons

      Still a relatively small firm, so there are opportunities for improvement throughout the firm. Nothing that specific that would detract me from wanting to work here.

      Pros

      Riveron was founded as and continues to be a very entrepreneurial firm. I've found that when people truly understand and are excited by this fact, not only are they given immense opportunities, but they also often succeed; Large potential for upward advancement - a meritocracy; Fun, young and intelligent culture - these are people you enjoy spending time with outside of work; Consulting work is often very challenging and not overly scripted so you are learning a lot with each new engagement.

      Cons

      As other reviews have mentioned, the firm is growing and that is not without its challenges. It can be difficult to strike the right balance between process and free form; As it is entrepreneurial, the employee needs to be the steward of their own career as the overall performance management process is not designed to do it for you.
