initial pay is decent although there is not much room for negotiation and pay increases are not major, unless you get rise in rank at promotion cycles that happen only once a year and not for all

Cons

very small teams with unrealistically heavy workloads, getting tired of the constant change because of the Company's growth. for each person here even with some internal emails happening more and more it's unclear how to get "promoted" or to increase compensation for valuable work if you don't want to take on a more senior position than the one you joined the Company to do.

Pros

Riveron's leaders are great at seeing the value people bring and moving them into the right roles and projects that match their skills and interests. As a result, I've had a few different roles during my time here and have had better mentorship/support than any other place I've worked. The work is challenging, fulfilling, fast-paced, and is recognized and appreciated. People are able to voice and run with ideas at all levels of the firm-- something unheard of at larger organizations.

Cons

Usally the pace is energizing, but it can be too fast sometimes. Would love to see some improvements to our 401K match and parental leave policy.
