Growth at all costs management style

- Flexibility in terms of where you work - Interesting work - A lot of hands on experience at lower levels - Medical benefits are pretty good

Cons

- Management is disengaged to needs of the employees. Employees are treated only as billable hours vs. an asset of the business. - Mass exodus since Covid which has drastically shifted the culture. - Little emphasis on building relationships. A lot of remote employees and no plan to build connections. - Too much emphasis on revenue and growth (anticipating a sale of the business soon). - Low increase to comp for merit/annul reviews and/or promotion. Annual increases were lower than inflation even despite promotion. - Lack of sufficient mid-management (managers/senior managers) in certain groups which inhibits growth and learning
