      At the core of the company there are some very smart, hardworking individuals, who genuinely care about others around them and their clients.

      Cons

      Having spent several years at Riveron, and starting my time there during the “glory” days when culture was more than a buzzword, it’s sad to see what this place has become. High level talent is leaving in droves in search of the culture Riveron was built upon. Too many competing personalities and interested at the top and a culture of “dog eat dog” has made this an undesirable place to work for those who expect more out of their employer than just a paycheck.

      Ability to work in different geographies while receiving exposure to number of different industries, great culture amongst the various offices, "Work for your day" initiative, small firm with lots of room for growth

      Cons

      Growing firm that is going through changes but will ultimately make the firm bigger and better
