Nice people but uninteresting work

Pros

The associates and seniors are very nice people. WFH flexibility if you do not have to go to the client.

Cons

MDs will place staff on staff augmentation roles to meet revenue targets. Be prepared to not work on real project-based consulting roles and instead be doing journal entries and reconciliations indefinitely for a client because their accountant quit.

Riveron is fantastic - great place to work, opportunities for growth, and I love the people I work with! The culture is collaborative and supportive. Also the growth at Riveron allows for new opportunities for people to grow personally and professionally.

Cons

some natural growing pains that occur with a fast-paced growing firm and 401K match.
