Pros

I've worn many different hats during my time at Riveron. With every role or project assignment, I've been given the latitude to provide suggestions and take ownership. The work is challenging and interesting. While there have been some organizational changes over the last few years, it has provided meaningful opportunity for growth and development. Riveron's leadership team is accessible. They listen to employees and help provide opportunities that align with their employee's skillset and career goals. Riveron has also made meaningful improvements to benefits, parental leave, PTO, training & development, and 401K during my tenure.

Cons

While Riveron is a growing organization, sometimes it feels like we take on too many new initiatives at once.

Cons

- Too much change and lack of direction - The firm did do a market compensation comparison on all roles except for ICS - Promotions or lack of unless you are in the inner circle
