Riveron is fantastic - great place to work, opportunities for growth, and I love the people I work with! The culture is collaborative and supportive. Also the growth at Riveron allows for new opportunities for people to grow personally and professionally.

Cons

some natural growing pains that occur with a fast-paced growing firm and 401K match.

Pros

Riveron is offering an alternative, high paced, career path for high performing individuals. Experienced consultants that are both motivated to succeed and team-oriented. Employees are challenged with complicated projects, engaged within the firm, consistently exposed to client executives, and are justly rewarded. The closest system to a true meritocracy that I've witnessed. The overall culture is positive and familial within the market offices; we take care of each other.

Cons

Growing pains exist as the Riveron continues to evolve alongside acquisitions, growing practice offerings, and growing office sizes. Become comfortable with changes. Benefits will grow along with the company, over time.
