Pros
The reasons people join Riveron: entrepreneurial spirit, unique culture, the desire to make a difference with our clients, the opportunity to develop/progress at a quick pace, the chance to work with talented, fun people
Cons
Hard to think of a con. We've gone from 0-45 employees in my office in 5 years, so we may have lost a little of the start-up/family feel we had early on, but not much. Getting stuck on an occasional out-of-town project can be a bummer, but welcome to the world of consulting.
