      comfortable and non intimidating atmosphere, genuinely nice coworkers, plenty of optional opportunities outside of work to get to know your coworkers, office building location is awesome, casual Fridays

      not the best holiday schedule

      Pros

      Culture at the junior level is more fun. Great way to distract from big issues. A good place to step down from those burned out from big accounting firms.

      Cons

      Retention of good people is low, sub-par employees are high. Compensation is low when Directors can not sell, which is often depending on the office. The "growing pains" others refer to appear a constant theme, even when there is no growth.

      Without a doubt the best reason to work at Riveron is family first culture and warmth.

      Cons

      Currently, I don't see any downsides to working at Riveron.
