      Pros

      Great work life balance. Plenty of opportunity to get the experience you want as the company is growing so quickly. Everyone at the company wants to get to know co workers not just in local office, but national employees, definitely feels like one family. Small enough that you can get to know everyone, big enough that there is plenty of room for growth. Night and day coming from big 4 public accounting.

      Havent come across any! Just like any place or work or career, it is what you make it, but Riveron definitely sets their employees up for success professionally, and personally

      Pros

      Everyone has been very welcoming at Riveron since I started, and I really appreciate the culture at this organization. Throughout the interview process, I could tell that it was a close knit group, and so far that seems to be holding true. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with intelligent individuals and further develop my professional career as I experience a variety of engagements.

      So far, I do not see any cons at Riveron.

      Great people and great flexibility to add value internally and externally

      Cons

      Name recognition outside of Dallas, internal communication and standardization could improve (i.e. promotion announcements, consistent presentation of employee data in Outlook, etc.)
