      Pros

      There are some truly amazing people here.

      Cons

      The culture is not great. From the top down there is a culture of covert discrimination. i.e. perceiving certain dialects as "unprofessional" However, individual unit managers are usually much better about being mindful of their unconscious bias. And the expectations of nurses, even as someone who isn't one, is far too much.
