Pros

Paid Time Off and Sick Leave

Cons

Cut throat organization. You are not valued after you have been there a long time - it’s just the opposite, you become a financial liability and they will get rid of you to save money by bringing in younger, newer people for less money. Forget any ideas RHS is a “Great Place To Work” and you will retire there. They don’t value your tenure. Out of thousands of employees just look and see how many are still there long enough to retire. The first several years I worked there I was 100% pro Riverside and just thought the grumblings of older employees were just sour grapes. I feel like a fool now. I was used and discarded.
