      Pros

      Good team work environment, and most doctors are a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      There is a lot of responsibility that MA’s take on. Not necessarily a con, because we get the exposure to learning new things, but we do a lot of what nurses do in clinical settings, but with less pay.
