Pros

Riverside Regional : The staff and your coworkers are family. The floor nurses are impeccable when it comes to being on the front line.

Cons

Consistent with lack of communication and no regard with the CNAs and Nurses on certain Units. They expect us to come in early to prepare the floor yet complain when we clock in too early... then don't care when the doctor requires bed rest that falls over the time the whole unit shuts down at 6:30 since there's no night shift. Not to mention over booking the unit when we only have 8 rooms to utilize. It took 5 years for a particular unit to get a break room. Also you only qualify for health insurance if you work over 30 hours a week.
