Pros

Some of the units are very team oriented. They're trying to change the culture, but it's a slow process and lots of favoritism with long term staff make it difficult.

Cons

They cannot retain staff. They put nurses directly from the floor into management positions, who have no idea what they're doing and have no training. They are so understaffed, be ready to pull multiple on call shifts along with your regular shifts if you work here. Again, upper management is trying to change the culture, and there have been alot of folks let go recently, but until there is an effort from the ground up, I don't see it changing.
