Pros

This role was a mixed bag. On one hand, I gained valuable experience and worked with a group of talented and passionate people. On the other, the lack of structure and the heavy workload made it challenging at times. If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments and doesn't mind putting in extra hours, this could be a great opportunity. For others, the unpredictability and pressure might be a dealbreaker

Cons

While the flexibility was great, it often felt like there was no clear roadmap. Deadlines would shift, and priorities would change on a dime, which sometimes led to confusion or feeling a bit lost in the chaos.

Supportive management, good working hours (no late shifts), minimal weekends (1-2 a month), easy to request PTO, fair productivity standards, rotate floors every month, free parking

Cons

Level 2 trauma center, more reserved with respect to mobilizing patients
