Pros

Good Benefits - except health insurance

Cons

Health insurance is only good if you use Riverside providers. Corporate executives who earn the big money can be clueless. Raises a ridiculously small.

Pros

The co workers are great. The environment is good and most care greatly for the patients. The ability to get additional education. Good benefits.

Cons

Low paying jobs, no room for advancement as jobs are only opened or created for specific people. Occasional lay offs. Company constantly starts programs and then doesnt support them causing them to eventually be closed.

Great Place to Work

Pros

Great place to meet new people and get your foot in the door into the healthcare world. Helping you get certifications and new skills to advance your life and well being.

Cons

Crazy hectic days with minimal help at times. No slack is picked up by the other co workers at times. And you often work to the beat of your own drum.
