Pros

Decent benefits and frontline and clinical staff all a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Too top heavy and leadership is not accessible. It is a 'do as I say, not as I do' culture. Corporate positions constantly created, but staff caring for patients are always short handed, especially a lack of CNAs. Work life balance depends on who your manager or director is.

Pros

The direct care staff is patient centric and strive to assure that the patient gets what they need. The staff have heart for the patient and each other There is great opportunity to learn and to make a difference

Cons

Direction is not always clear Senior leadership appear to be more worried about the bottom line Being a large health system their is a lack of communication with middle management who are driving the process.
