      Pros

      making a difference in the lives of the patients I have come to know and love

      Cons

      Riverside does not look out for its employees, it tramples them if it means saving a quick buck. A final document was compromised without my being notified and ultimately, it messed my schedule up. This is a terrible organization to work for. They do not care for their employees, therefore are not seeing to proper care for their patients.

      Dont care about your personal life or what you have going on if your dying they still want you to come in
