Pros

Great company to work for. Good principles steady work competent staff.

Cons

Pay could be better, but unsure of the other medical groups in the area salary ranges. Private sector pay is better but that is to be expected.

Pros

It is stable employment in an uncertain economy. If work is slow in one area and it is neccessary to reduce staff, ths staff will be moved into another area, preventing layoffs. If you are ready for a change, there are numerous areas to be moved into under the Riverside umbrella. This prevents changing 401K's etc, as would happen with leaving one company for another. The staff is friendly and helpful to new employees. Riverside has educational assistance.

Cons

There are occasions when my work load just does not fit into a 40 hour work week.
