      Pros

      I absolutely love working for a place that truly puts the patient first. I see employees practicing the Care Difference daily, and it makes my heart happy to be a part of it. They also are very active in the community, which is so important.

      Cons

      Pay is low in comparison, but Riverside is constantly doing reviews to try and fix that issue

      Short staffed, mandatory extra shifts and call. Scary stuff.

      Pros

      Staff are team players. Some nice improvements with the dietary/cafeteria departments. Housekeeping is outstanding. Overall, most departments have good management. Avoid the women's areas at this facility.

      Cons

      HR is not looking out for your interests. Management in the women's area are incompetent to be leaders. You will work your tail off and in the end- none of it will be appreciated or recognized and your license is worth more.
