      N/A, the other employees are willing to help you if you are in need of some guidance. You are consistent work ethic eventually comes with a raise.

      Excellent management that doesn't micromanage and truly appreciate and sometimes implements employee suggestions and ideas. Decent wages and good benefits for full time employees.

      Chronically understaffed but not for la k of management effort. Sign on bonuses offered.
