      -flexibility in schedule -good staff, coworkers (for the most part...)

      -underpaid, not enough pay, lack of pay increase, incremental pay increase -unpredictable safety on unit without adequate staffing -lack of structure -short break times (30 minute lunch break)

      I feel they're generous with pay raises and bonuses. But you have no room really to negotiate the salary offer, it's basically what they say it is. Tuition reimbursement was very easy and quick.

      Management in some areas have taken a turn for the worse.
