Pros

Good people working for the company who really care about the work they do. Benefits are great. Many contracts so it’s easy to be moved when yours ends.

Cons

CEO is trying his best to make Riverside a destination company, but seems to think the best way to do so is to threaten everyone into pretending it’s true. He is demeaning and treats females the worst. When he decides he’s finished with you, he ignores you and sets you up to fail, because he would rather make you miserable so you quit instead of just firing you. His weekly emails, with empty apologies, are a testament to what a poor leader he is and highlight the bad business decisions he makes for all to see. Hopefully the board wakes up to the damage he’s causing.

The company works hard to take care of its employees while at the same time meeting the needs of its customers. The work is very rewarding.

Cons

It is a government contractor. So, there are many policies that they have to follow that the government mandates.
