Great people to work with at RRI, have a role that is very challenging but the recourses and support are readily available and receive plenty of recognition on breakthroughs

Cons

Still "small" in the grand schemes of government work. Relies on being a sub-contractor which means lack of control during the bidding process. But the company is growing so this will change soon.

While we have been able to provide increased flexibility and more remote work opportunities recently, the nature of or work and the government customers we serve does require some employees to be on site in secure locations, limiting their telework opportunities.
