Pros

Greatest work experience I've been exposed to. Wonderful management team has their employee's best interest at heart. - Superb Pay - Fantastic Benefits - Helped me achieve my graduate degree - considerable tuition paid - Bonuses for hard work and achievements is some of the best recognition one can get.

Cons

- Transitioning into a higher paid position with a title to follow may not be achievable to most. Big stress on "may not". I'm just trying to find something relevant to the Cons box, currently this isn't a big deal to me.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to know that you value our health and life benefits. We are continually trying to improve our benefits for our employees. All employees can begin taking advantage of our 403(b) contributory retirement income plan on their date of hire. After a year of employment, the company will contribute a certain percentage of an employee’s salary into a non-contributory retirement plan. Please speak with your HR representative if you have any questions or concerns.

Pros

I have worked here going on 5 years and have seen many changes, both good and bad. Many more good changes than bad changes. It appears that the company is striving towards continuing to make this an outstanding company to work at. It appears to me that our new President has a good grasp on taking our company to the next level.

Cons

Don't have any cons at this time other than I would like to see a flexible schedule where we would be able to work 4 tens or a 9/80 schedule. I think this would put our company over the top.
