Worst company I've ever worked for.

Pros

Good benefits is all I can say.

Cons

Terrible work environment, it seemed like 15 incompetent managers for every employee that actually produces; yet somehow there was no oversight. I had seen constant fraudulent behavior in charging, and communicating with our customers on a weekly basis. The direct supervisors all seemed like used car salesmen. I had raised my concerns, and the chain of command ignored them. I raised them outside the chain of command to the prime and was chastised and tormented for it. I finally left out of disgust for the unethical behavior and general incompetence this company showed daily.

Pros

My 6+ years at Riverside Research have been the best years so far in my career. I worked a few different positions and always had good, supportive managers who looked out for me and encouraged me to grow as a professional and challenge myself to do great things. Since it's a small company, whenever I needed help on the HR/benefits side, the staff knew me and remembered me, and was able to provide personal, immediate help.

Cons

A general con/disadvantage of working in a contract job with a small company is that sometimes when a contract ends, the company doesn't have a good fit to place you and they have to let you go. That is the nature of the business, though.
