Not for profit company, but still must answer to a Board

Cons

The good managers at high levels have left. Not many left to insulate technical employees from the nonsense and overreach of upper management. It shows in the earnings and litigation history. It's fine for gaining initial experience, but not for long-term.

People you work with are fantastic.

Cons

Bad company policies make leaving a nightmare. Employees are just a means to an end and making their "Not for Profit" company more money, of which they are rolling in it.

Cons

This place and these people do not care about you. They lie abs are manipulative and will throw you to the wolves to save themselves. They continually go through random layoffs because of their own incompetence and then you are left without health insurance or any way to live while they continue on.
