Travel and entry level experience.

Cons

Management and sales are bad. Field service projects are very unorganized and unprofessional with no real leadership.

Pros

The work environment is pretty lax. A lot of my coworkers are the same as well as long as you do the work and try to keep pace with it and their pretty flexible with you as long as you talk to them about it.

Cons

The only thing that I can think of is just the workload. There's quite a bit and can be a bit overwhelming at times.
