      Pros

      Riverside Technologies' greatest assets are its people. In many companies that is a catchphrase. In ours, it is a reality. We do not make ANYTHING. What sets us apart from our corporate peers is the combination of knowledge, skills, effort, attitude, and drive that gets the job done for our clients in a way that breeds repeatable success. When we acquire new talent, we know we can teach knowledge and skills. The rest is who you are and what is required in our culture.

      Cons

      RTI has growing pains from time to time but to date, they have been resolved to my satisfaction.

      Pros

      Management is loyal to both their customers and employees. Positive work environment where everyone helps each other to succeed. This is a large company, but feels like working with friends and family.

      Cons

      I've been here less than a year and I do not have any Cons to share.

      Pros

      I have worked in the IT industry for 20+ years and have never worked for a better company than RTI!! The owner and employees work very hard every day and treat everyone with the upmost respect! I could not be prouder to work for RTI and will continue to work with the "Team" to take care of our customers!! Great Pay, benefits and perfect balance of home/work.

      Cons

      I have worked here almost 3 years and have not found a "Con" to work for RTI!
