      Pros

      The people at RTI are awesome to work with! For the most part, everyone is friendly and works together to help each other out. Management really shows that they care for their employees and they sincerely want them to succeed and grow with the team. The work I do is fun and challenging, and allows for flexibility to maintain a great work/life balance that makes it very rewarding to work here!

      Cons

      Maybe that some positions have to work weekends...but the extra$hours could be considered a plus to some people!
