      Pros

      Team Atmosphere, caring management, and family oriented. Work life balance, with generous PTO accrual. Several different job opportunities within the company, from Break Fix, Warehouse, Apparel, Embroidery, Helpdesk, and many others. Competitive Compensation, along with overtime, and earned bonuses. Training for career progression along with the ability for Advancement. 401k and healthcare plans that are top notch. Amazing employees, management staff, and owner to work alongside.

      Cons

      There are very few areas of opportunity to improve. Compared to other companies that try to be similar, RTI stands alone at the top!

      Pros

      The people who work at RTI are genuinely nice and caring. As with any workplace, you will have a few bad apples here and there, but overall it is a NICE place to come to work every day. If you start a new job here, I would say that after working here a year and really getting to know your job, if you end up liking the work that you do, then its the type of place that you feel you could retire from. If the work is not for you, then at the least, you have experience for your next job.

      Cons

      While RTI has a lot of long term employees, there are certain positions where that employee may not be the best fit for the role they occupy. This has led to situations where poor performance affects the team.
