      Pros

      None. No matter how hard you work you're never going to be rewarded. It's a waste of time staying here.

      Cons

      Workloads aren't balanced management hires a lot of incompetent people, and can't even be bothered to fie them. If you're good at your job, you're definitely going to have to pick up their slack. You aren't even rewarded for taking on heavier workloads because the only people that are able to climb up ladder are those that have connections with leadership.

      I thought I was close to getting promoted. I should've avoided getting my hopes up.

      Nepotism and blatant favoritism were huge! Those who get the promotion were either management’s favorite, family, or friend! Most of them were terribly incompetent! They’re the reason work environment’s stressful and toxic!
